At New Life World Ministries, greeters, ushers, and parking attendants work together seamlessly to create a welcoming and transformative first impression that aligns with the church's mission. Parking attendants are the first point of contact, greeting guests with warmth, providing clear directions, and ensuring smooth transitions to the entrance. Greeters continue the experience by warmly welcoming attendees at the doors, identifying needs, and guiding newcomers. Ushers then enhance the worship experience by helping people find seating, maintaining order, and addressing needs with care. Through pre-service coordination, clear communication, and a shared vision, these teams collaborate to make every visitor feel seen, valued, and excited to return, ensuring that the church’s values of life-teaching and life-building are experienced from the very first moment.
